Tim was so helpful in showing me around the building and helping me to pick the perfect apartment for me! I'm moving to Philadelphia which will be quite a big move for me. I appreciate Tim's help in understanding my needs and priorities for an apartment and being kind and caring throughout the process. I've just submitted my application to live at 1909 Rittenhouse and am excited to call my future apartment my home for the next two years while I'm in grad school! The building is absolutely GORGEOUS! The amenities are pristine. I cannot wait for the beautiful pool and jacuzzi patio with landscaped trees and shrubbery to be completed!

Fantastic building and highly recommended. Location is unbeatable, with Rittenhouse Square right out your doorstep, all major gyms/fitness classes a short walk and as many great restaurants as you can possibly want within striking distance. All staff from business/leasing folks to front desk to porters to maintenance to receiving are incredibly friendly and high touch. Finishes in our unit are lovely, views are spectacular and we feel like we have the benefit of being both right in the center of things, but also in a bit of a quiet and secluded oasis.

We recently moved into 1909 Rittenhouse and have loved our stay here so far. We love the location, being right off of Rittenhouse square, we are able to take advantage of all of Center City has to offer. The view from our apartment and balcony is phenomenal. The staff and management have been outstanding to work with. They made the leasing and move-in process as smooth and stress-free as possible. The rest of the staff from the concierge, doorman, to valet are welcoming and dedicated to their jobs, and have made my stay so far an absolute pleasure.

We love living here. Everything is top notch, from the concierage and doorman to the management team. While some of the amenities are still being finalized, we hardly notice as we only have to walk out our door to enjoy everything that Rittenhouse has to offer. We really like the layout of our apartment and the view from our deck...see pix attached. Absolute 5 star review!
